The movie that I recommended you guys to watch is The Meg. This movie The Meg is release on August 9, 2018. The director of this movie is Jon Turteltaub. The genre of this movie is Science Friction, Horror as well as Action. The main character of this movie is Jonas Taylor and Suyin.

This movie The Meg is about a shark which is the size of a 75 foot long prehistoric shark which is known as Megalodon.

The story behind this movie is that Jonas Taylor an expert deep sea rescue driver.

At Mana One, an under research facility off the coast of China which is operated by a group of scientists. They conducted an experiment near the ocean floor which is involving a hydrogen. By using a small submarine, they ask Toshi, The Wall and Celeste to investigate what is beneath the ocean. They when under a deep ocean and found beautiful corals and creature living under the deep ocean. Everything was well at first. Suddenly, the submarine was attack by a large unknown creature which lives under the deep ocean which makes them lose contact with Mana One. After a few minutes, they tried to get the power  back up and they were attacked again. Celeste was wounded due to a screwdriver stabbed on her stomach.

The crew of Mana One, take James Mac advice that is to ask help from Jonas Taylor due to his experience in rescuing people from a deep and dangerous area of the ocean. But Heller is against it because Jonas did not do his job well in saving the friends in the submarine past five years ago and he does not believe Jonas that there is something attacking them in the submarine.

Mac and Dr Zhang went to Taiwan to take a visit of Jonas Taylor. Both of them found Jonas and he bring them to his room as well as Jonas offered them two drinks. However, Jonas know that they come he to ask him for help. But Jonas rejected them due to the incident happen five years ago. Mac and Dr Zhang explain to Jonas about the incident that they are going through in Mana One which is his ex-wife and 2 friends from the crew when beneath the ocean to investigate the hydrogen and they are trap under the ocean due to they could not power up the submarine. However, Jonas agree to help them out.

Meanwhile, Suyin tries to go down and rescue the trapped crew. In a short while, Jonas arrive in Mana One and he met Suyin’s daughter Meiying. He promised Meiying that he will save her mother. When Suyin was under the deep ocean, she was trapped due to a gigantic squid trying to squash her mini submarine but she was safe by an unknown creature. Suyin saw the creature which is actually a huge shark which is called The Meg. The huge shark was the same incident happen the past five years ago. The huge shark comes back and try to attack Suyin mini submarine but a few minutes later, Jonas arrived. Jonas told Suyin to go back so that he can safe the crew which is trap. But Jonas could not safe Toshi because he wants Jonas to safe his friends first.

After that, Jonas and the crews have a discussion. Suyin’s daughter Meiying was playing with a moving ball while she was following after the ball, she stop. She saw a huge shark looking at her wanting to eat her. However, the shark couldn’t eat her due to the glass is thick. Jonas and Suyin quickly run when they heard a shout. Meiying was terrified and told her mother that there is a monster out there. Suddenly, a baby whale was eaten by the huge shark. They was terrified and quickly find a way to kill the shark so that the shark will not harm the people that are swimming at the beach.

The journey starts with Jonas, Suyin, Jaxx Herd, Dr Zhang, Mac, Heller, The Wall as well as DJ. There when to the ocean trying to find the Meg so that, they can put a tracker so, they can track the Meg easily. Suyin volunteer herself. Suyin was put in a glass cage cylinder in order for Suyin to shoot the Meg in the ocean. However, their plan was not successful. The Meg drags Suyin. Jonas quickly safe Suyin from getting drag to the deep ocean. Jonas and Suyin quickly swim to the boat. Jonas and the crew plans a second plan in order to defeat the Meg. Jonas volunteer himself to defeat the Meg. This time the plan was success. The Meg was killed. They celebrated their victory on killing the Meg . However, there is another shark appeared but at the end of the movie the Meg was killed by Jonas.

The part of the scene that needed to improve is that the scene of after killing the shark, suddenly another shark appeared. This scene need to improve because the director should tell us that there will be a second shark. This makes the audience confuse because the movie shows that they was only tracking one shark in the ocean. Besides that, the most memorable scene in this movie is that Jonas has killed the Meg and everyone was very happy. I recommend for you guys who loves sharks to watch this movie which is The Meg. Although the movie is a bit scary, The Meg movie is very interesting because you will feel eager wanting to know what will come next in the scene. Besides that, it is also very interesting when Celeste and her crew when beneath the ocean, there are many beautiful corals and we have the opportunity to know what is beneath the deep ocean. The given rating for this movie is 5.8/10 in IMDb.
